I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists
My reflexology journey began more than 10 years ago. Having suffered with digestive issues for a long period of time a friend advised I should try reflexology. Feeling that I had explored many medical alternatives I wanted to explore other therapies.
With a little trepidation I attended my first appointment. My therapist immediately put me at ease and talked about my health and wellbeing.
The treatment helped me to totally relax and feel free of the everyday stresses which may have contributed to my poor health. Over time and with the help of my therapist, my health improved.
My experience inspired me to want to help more people to benefit from reflexology by understanding how our bodies work and so I trained to become a qualified reflexologist.
I have gained an extensive insight into health and wellbeing and understand how holistic treatments can encourage people to have a more balanced life physically, mentally and spiritually.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists. This means that I have met the highest standards for professional excellence in reflexology practice as well as committing to continually developing my skills and knowledge.
